Divine Precision, a Holy Paladin talent in WoW Forever
Divine Precision is a passive talent in row 5 of the Holy tree. Row 5 needs 20 points in Holy, but its prerequisite Holy Shock has to be at 1/1 first, which makes it 21 points in Holy and level 31 at the earliest (up to 5 levels sooner with the Legacy perk Talented). It has 3 ranks. It is new in Forever and has no Classic counterpart.
