Bastion is a passive talent in row 6 of the Protection tree. It needs 25 points in Protection, so the earliest you can take it is level 35 (up to 5 levels sooner with the Legacy perk Talented). It has 5 ranks. It has changed since Classic Era. It was called One-Handed Weapon Specialization in Classic.
